How It Works
BUYERS
If you are interested in purchasing any of the items from our e-shop, please select the category from the drop down menu above or from the list on the home page.
Each item has a postcode reference to help give you an idea of the sellers location. If you are interested in an item, please complete the 'make an offer details and we will let you know if your offer has been accepted (usually within 24 hours).
Once your offer has been accepted, we will provide you with details on how to pay and with the sellers details so you can arrange collection. Please note that buyers are required to collect all items purchased and, where numerous items are purchased, this may involve collection from different locations (but remember it is for a good cause!).

SELLERS
Any household items that you no longer require are listed on the site and we provide a facility for anyone interested in purchasing these items, to buy these through the site. 100% of the proceeds of the sale are donated to a variety of local charities and good causes.
You will need to send us a photograph and description of the items and we will include them in our e-shop listings. We set a time limit on availability (usually 28 days) to avoid you having to keep them for a long period of time.
We currently ask you to retain the items and the buyer will collect them directly from you. We will confirm with you when payment has been received for the items and pass your contact details to the buyer so that you can arrange a convenient time for collection. In some instances, smaller items will be collected by us for storage.
At the end of the 28 day sale period, any items that are unsold will remain your property although you may wish to extend the sale period for a second 28 days. Please also see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
